We provide research-as-a-service (RaaS) on a subscriptions and projects basis, equipping you with the evidence and insight you need to navigate matters of strategy, operations, integrity and impact.

  • RaaS Packages

Our RaaS subscription packages are recurring services organised into bundles scaled for light to heavy usage - for as long are you need them, with no minimum term commitment.

  • RaaS Projects

Projects are bespoke, non-recurring work of tightly defined scope and duration, priced to a daily company rate and predictable, fixed fee project budgets.

  • RaaS Platform

We publish our self-initiated research, analysis and reporting on a subscription-access platform, available to clients a la carte or bundled into RaaS packages.

  • RaaS Packages Explained

RaaS packages are our service of first resort for meaningful, cost-effective client engagement. They're your point of entry to recurring, personalised advisory and technical support.

The services in our RaaS packages follow a regular schedule, and feature roll-overs of unused technical support, no ongoing commitments and no minimum additional spend.

Subscribers benefit from discounted project rates, privileged access to our R&D and basic research, and services tailored to accommodate different stages in the business life cycle.

  • RaaS Projects Explained

RaaS projects can be as short as a few hours or as long as several weeks, months or longer. Another way to think of them is as productised versions of our services.

We structure and price projects as stand-alone work, or as discounted bolt-ons for subscriber clients who need work done additional to what's covered in their packages.

Clients benefit from a daily company fee consistent with UK MoD and FCDO rate tables. On very short projects we pro-rate the daily fee to actual consultant time expenditures.

  • RaaS Platform Explained

We've created a separate platform to enable easy sharing of the research, analysis and reporting that we do. We've called it Polybian Labs. Read more about it [here].

We like to keep things simple and cost-effective. We use secure online publishing tools, not a custom engineering build that would translate to higher overheads.

We'll be rolling out Polybian Labs over the next few months. As it takes shape, we'll be looking for feedback and working on continuous improvements. Watch this space.
