The Danish Institute for International Studies (DIIS) in Copenhagen hosted a public seminar on 17 September 2024 on "Conflict, Crisis, and Connectivity: The Role of Digital Devices from Ukraine to the Sahel." CKS director Mike Innes presented observations from his research and from his service in Iraq with the UN Investigative Team for the Accountability of Daesh (UNITAD).

CKS attended an event in Dubai on “AI in the Workplace”, held at the Capital Club in the Dubai International Financial Centre on September 2nd, from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm.
